How to print labels on the USPS?
1. Install the driver and set up the printer.
- If you are using a Windows computer:
refer to: Add KNAON Y486AP Printer on Windows (Windows 10 Version 1709 or Higher Excluding 1709) via Wi-Fi;
- If you are using a macOS computer, refer to: AirPrint Setup Guide for macOS.
2. Log in to your USPS account, locate the order you wish to print, select "Save as PDF", and click "Go".

3. Prepare and print the PDF
For mobile printing:

Step 2: Crop in mobile app
1. Import PDF into printing app
2. Crop using the two-step process shown below:


For computer printing:

Hot tip:
If you're using an iPhone with USPS, go to "Save Label" and scroll down—you’ll see the "Print with FlashLabel Pro" option (see screenshot). You can print directly from here, no need to save PDFs or images first.
