Delivery Service

KNAON currently ships to the contiguous United States and selected international countries/regions.

For orders shipped within the contiguous United States, standard shipping is free on orders of $59 or more. Orders under $59 are subject to a $10 standard shipping fee.

Express shipping is also available for a $15 shipping fee.

For orders shipped to other supported countries/regions, free standard shipping is available on orders of $79 USD or more. Orders under $79 USD are subject to a $15 USD standard shipping fee.

U.S. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

Alaska
Hawaii
Guam
Puerto Rico
APO/FPO/DPO and other U.S. military addresses

We use trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Amazon Logistics to deliver your order safely and securely.

Please provide a complete and accurate street address and contact information at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Address changes requested after 12 hours cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to modify or redirect the delivery address, and any additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or changed address may be the customer's responsibility.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days after the order has been processed.

A $15 express shipping fee applies.
