Warranty Repair Policy
You can apply for product repair service if the under warranty product has a manufacturing defect. The warranty period starts from the date of the activation of the printer. The print head is guaranteed for 3 months, other parts are guaranteed for 12 months.
You can Request Warranty Repair Service where:
- 1.A proof of a valid serial number is provided;
- 2.The under warranty product has been used normally, and the damage is caused by a manufacturing defect. Both of the above conditions must be met for the product to qualify for the warranty service.
What This After-Sales Policy Does NOT Cover:
- 1.Valid proof of a serial number can not be provided;
- 2.Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration;
- 3.Damages caused by improper installation, incorrect use, or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.
- 4.Damages caused by unauthorized modification, disassembling, or shell opening not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.
- 5.Any loss or damage caused by collision and burning if the product has no manufacturing defect.
- 6.Damages caused by accidents, overuse, misuse or use of other consumables instead of Knaon paper range.
- 7.Damages caused by scratches on the print head.
- 8.Damages caused by uncontrollable external factors, including floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes, etc.
- 9.The product has been stolen, or it is missing.
- 10.The product is damaged during transportation.
- 11.The purchase record is inconsistent with the serial number of the under warranty products.
- 12.Other circumstances stated in this policy.
How to Request for Warranty Service
Please contact the local after-sales center first. If there is no local after-sales center, please contact the headquarter after-sales center by email:support@knaon.com. Products need to be sent back to the after-sales center.
Return and Refund Service
You can apply for product repair service if the under warranty product has a manufacturing defect. The warranty period starts from the date of the activation of the printer. The print head is guaranteed for 3 months, other parts are guaranteed for 12 months.
You can request for Return and Refund Service for the under warranty printer when:
- 1.The product has a manufacturing defect;
- 2.A proof of a valid serial number is provided;
- 3.All the accessories are complete and not damaged;
- 4.No human damages on any products.
Return & Refund Service will not be provided in any of the following circumstances:
- 1.It exceeds the time limit for return or exchange.
- 2.A proof of a valid serial number is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
- 3.A product sent to after-sales center for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e., with cracks, dents or scratches.
- 4.Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
- 5.The product’s serial number, product’s label, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
- 6.Damage is caused by uncontrollable external factors, including floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes, etc.
- 7.Other circumstances stated in this policy.
