Why won't the printer connect to my phone via Bluetooth?

If the printer isn’t connecting to your phone’s Bluetooth, follow these steps in order:

Step 1: Check if FlashLabel Pro App is Installed

First, confirm whether the "FlashLabel Pro" app is installed on your phone:

• iOS (iPhone/iPad): Open the App Store and search for "FlashLabel Pro".
• Android: Open the Google Play Store and search for "FlashLabel Pro".

If the app is NOT installed:

Method 1: Download via App Store/Google Play

• iOS: Search "FlashLabel Pro" → Tap Get to download.
• Android: Search "FlashLabel Pro" → Tap Install.

Method 2: Scan the QR Code
