Amazon Label Printing Setup Guide: 4x6 Inch Paper

Follow these steps to configure your Amazon label printing settings for 4x6-inch paper.

Step 1: Access Shipping Details & Label Orientation

1. Log into your Amazon account:
   • Go to Amazon Seller Central and sign in.
2. Navigate to shipping settings:
   • Complete the required details for your package shipment (e.g., address, weight, dimensions).
3. Open label settings:
   • Click on the ‘Label print orientation’ button in the shipping confirmation page.

Step 2: Confirm 4x6 Inch Print Format

1. Check the print format:
   • In the next window, verify that the print format is set to 4x6 inches (or "4x6 in" / "4"x"6").
   • If unsure, look for a dropdown menu or toggle to select the correct size.
2. Adjust if necessary:

If the format is incorrect, manually select 4x6 inches from the options provided.

  If you're using an iPhone, go to "Save Label" and scroll down—you’ll see the "Print with FlashLabel Pro" option (see screenshot). You can print directly from here, no need to save PDFs or images first.

  

   

For Mac

• Enter the preview interface.

• Select the KNAON Y813BT printer.

• Choose paper size: 4×6inch.

• Click Print.

For Windows

• Enter the preview interface.

• Select the KNAON Y813BT printer.

• Choose paper size: 100×150mm.

• Click Print.

Additional Tips

• Printer Settings: Ensure your printer is loaded with 4x6-inch paper (e.g., adhesive labels or shipping tags).
• Preview: Use the preview feature (if available) to confirm the label aligns with the paper size.
