Why is the printer not printing clearly?
1. We recommend printing in PDF format for optimal clarity. Image files such as PNG or JPG may result in lower print quality.
2. If the print quality is still unclear, try increasing the print density and reducing the print speed. For detailed steps, refer to the section: "How to adjust the darkness and speed in the settings?".
3. If the print quality remains unsatisfactory, clean the print head using alcohol wipes or wet tissues. For guidance, see: “How to clean the print head?”
4. Additionally, ensure you are using KNAON's original power adapter and power cord, as this can help enhance print clarity.
