How to clean the print head?

Here are the steps for cleaning the print head：

Tutorial video: 

1. Turn the printer OFF and allow it to cool down for approximately 3 minutes.

2. Use alcohol wipes or wipes to clean the print head, as shown in the image below.

3. Wait 2-5 minutes for the print head to dry completely, then turn the printer ON.
