If you notice blurry areas in your prints, follow these step-by-step troubleshooting steps:

Step 1: Check and Clean the Printhead

First, inspect the printhead (the component that deposits ink/toner onto paper) for dirt, ink residue, or foreign objects (e.g., small paper scraps). These contaminants often block ink/toner flow, causing blurriness.
If dirt or foreign objects are found:
  1. Refer to the video below for printhead cleaning instructions.
  1. After cleaning, run a test print to check if the blurriness is resolved.

Step 2: Press the Printhead (If Blurriness Persists)

If blurry areas still appear after cleaning the printhead:
  1. Follow the instructions in the video below to press the printhead gently.
  1. A common cause of one-sided blurriness is a stuck printhead. Pressing it can realign the component and fix the issue.
  2. After pressing, print another test page to verify if the problem is solved.
