How to Set Up a 4x6 Inch Shipping Label for Printing on TikTok Shop

Step 1: Navigate to Order Management

1. Log into your TikTok Shop Seller Center.
2. On the left sidebar, select Orders → click Manage orders (highlighted in the screenshot).

Step 2: Open the Shipment Setup for Your Order

1. In the order list, switch to the To Ship tab.
2. Locate your target order, then click the Arrange shipment button (red-boxed in the screenshot) next to it.

Step 3: Access Print Document Settings

1. Scroll to the bottom right, then click the Print document dropdown menu (red-boxed in the screenshot).

Step 4: Enter Label Format Editing

1. Select the Edit option (red-boxed in the screenshot) to adjust label dimensions.

Step 5: Set Label Size to 4x6 Inches

1. In the "Confirm your print settings" window, click Edit format settings (red-boxed in the screenshot).
2. In the "Document format options" page:
   • Under the Size section, select 4x6 inches for the Shipping label (and Packing slip, if needed) (red-boxed in the screenshot).
3. Click Save (red-boxed in the screenshot) to apply the 4x6-inch configuration.
