How to print labels on the USPS?

1. Install the driver and set up the printer.

• If you are using a Windows computer:

• If you are using a macOS computer, refer to: How to use printer on macOS via USB cable?.

2. Log in to your USPS account, locate the order you wish to print, select "Save as PDF", and click "Go".

3. Prepare and print the PDF

For mobile printing:

     Step 1: Transfer PDF to phone

• Send via WhatsApp/Email: Computer-to-phone transfer guide
  

      Step 2: Crop in mobile app

     1. Import PDF into printing app

       2. Crop using the two-step process shown below:

For computer printing:

• Open PDF in Adobe Reader

• Crop relevant printing area
