How to use printer on macOS via USB cable?
Note: Mac devices may require a USB-C adapter cable for connection.
Tutorial video:
1. Ensure the printer is turned OFF.
2. Connect the printer to your computer using the USB cable.
3. Attach the power cable to the adapter, connect it to the printer, and plug it into a power outlet.
4. Turn ON the printer.
5. Download the driver from this link: https://knaon.com/pages/knaon-y813-bt-user-manual
6. Double-click the PKG driver file and follow the installation steps.
7. Continue with the installation until you see the message: "Installation was successful".
8. Open "System Preferences" and click "Printers & Scanners". If you see "KNAON Y813BT" in the list, the printer has been installed successfully.
Troubleshooting Tip:
If the printer does not appear on your Mac, try unplugging and reconnecting the USB cable on both the printer and the Mac, then restart the printer.

For precise printing, ensure the following three dimensions align:

The size of your document

The size of the label paper in use

The size option chosen on the print preview page
To print a 4x6 Shipping Label, choose "Paper Size: 4x6" in the print dialog and save these settings under the Presets option.
