How to print a 4x6 shipping label on the Stamps

Printing labels (such as shipping labels ) on Stamps.com can be done easily. Follow the steps below to print your labels:

Steps:

1. Access the Stamps.com Web Version

   • Open your browser and go to https://print.stamps.com.

   • Log in to your Stamps.com account.

2. Select the 4*6 inch Label Size

• into stamps.com, select the Mail tab. On the page, open the label size drop down menu and select 4 x 6 Shipping Label 
• After filling in all other information, click Print Label in the bottom right corner to enter the print dialog box.

     3. Print the 4*6 inch Shipping Label

•  In the print dialog box, select the "KNAON Y813BT" printer.

• Click the "Print" button to start printing.

Troubleshooting:

• Printer Not Detected: Make sure your printer is turned on and connected to your computer.

• Incorrect Label Size: Verify that the label size in the printer settings matches the size selected in Stamps.com (e.g., 4x6).

If you're using an iPhone with Stamps, go to "Save Label" and scroll down—you’ll see the "Print with FlashLabel Pro" option (see screenshot). You can print directly from here, no need to save PDFs or images first.
