How to print a 4x6 shipping label from Etsy

To print a 4x6 shipping label for your Etsy orders, follow these steps:

Step 1: Configure 4x6 Label Size in Settings

       1. Log in to Etsy Shop Manager → Click Settings.

       2. Go to Shipping Settings → Select Shipping Label Options.

       3. Scroll down to find 'Shipping label preferences', confirm that the print format is set to four by six inches, and save.

Step 2: Purchase  the Label

1. Go to Orders & Shipping.

   

2. Find your order → Click the Ship button.

       3. Fill in shipping details:

• • Package weight/dimensions

  • Shipping carrier/service (USPS, UPS, FedEx)

       4. Purchase the label:

• • Click Purchase Button.

       5. Print after purchase:

• • Click Print Shipping Label (the button appears post-purchase).

Step 3: Print Your Label

• Enter the preview interface.

• Select the KNAON Y813BT printer.

• Choose paper size: 4×6inch.

• Click Print.

For Windows

• Enter the preview interface.

• Select the KNAON Y813BT printer.

• Choose paper size: 100×150mm.

• Click Print.

Key Notes

• Etsy automatically uses your saved 4x6 preference if configured in Step 1.

• For thermal printers: Ensure drivers are installed and set as the default printer.
