How to adjust the printer's print offset?

For APP:

After connecting to the printer, click "Settings" to access the "Printer Settings" interface. Adjust the printer's Horizontal Offset and Vertical Offset. If you want to restore the default settings, you can click "Restore".

For Mac：

2. On the print preview page, go to:Printer Options → Printer Features → Printer Options.

2. Adjust the vertical and horizontal offset values based on the printing results.

NOTE: To avoid re-selecting these settings each time, save them under "Presets".

For Windows：

Access the settings interface:
Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Printers & Scanners → Click 'KNAON Y813BT' → Printing Preferences → Page Setup → New.
Note: Follow the steps below to configure.

Adjust the vertical and horizontal offset according to the printing results, then click OK to save the settings.

For Linux:


On the print interface, adjust the Horizontal Offset and Vertical Offset in the Advanced options.
