How to use printer on Windows via USB cable?

The printer requires the installation of a driver on your computer to function properly.

1. Ensure the printer is turned OFF.

2. Connect the printer to your computer using a USB cable.

3. Turn ON the printer.

4. Download the driver from this link: https://knaon.com/pages/knaon-y50-user-manual

5. Double-click the .exe driver file and follow the prompts to complete the installation.

6.  Continue with the installation until you see the confirmation message shown below.

7. Open Settings, click Printers & Scanners, and look for "KNAON Y50P" in the list. This indicates that the printer has been successfully installed.

Note:  For accurate printing, ensure the following four dimensions align:

    1. The size of your document

    2. The size of the label paper in use

    3. The size option selected on the print preview page

Now, if you wish to print a Sample 2 x 2 Shipping Label. In the print dialogue, please be sure to select your "Paper Size" appropriately (for example 2 x 2). and then save the settings in the Presets option.
