Printer Status Abnormal: Troubleshooting Guide
Step 1: Restart the Printer

Turn off the printer completely.

Power the printer back on.
- Wait at least 10 seconds.
Step 2: Reconnect to the printer via Bluetooth through the FlashLabel Pro app.
