This guide walks you through the simple steps to reset your printer, which can resolve common connectivity or configuration issues.


Step-by-Step Reset Instructions


  1. Ensure the Printer is Powered On

    Confirm the printer is connected to power and turned on before proceeding.

  2. Press and Hold the Feed Button
    Locate the feed button on the printer, then press and hold it continuously for approximately 15 seconds.

  3. Release the Button on the Fifth Beep

    Keep holding the button until you hear five consecutive beeps from the printer. Release the button immediately after the fifth beep.

  4. Wait for the Reset to Complete

    The printer will automatically execute the reset process. Once finished, the printer will return to its factory default settings.
