How to Print Labels on the Stamps
Printing labels (such as shipping labels ) on Stamps.com can be done easily. Follow the steps below to print your labels:
Steps:

Access the Stamps.com Web Version

Open your browser and go to https://print.stamps.com.

Log in to your Stamps.com account.

Select the Label Size

On the page, locate the label size dropdown menu and select 4 x 6

Print the Label
- In the print dialog box, select the "KNAON Y41BT" printer.
- Click the "Print" button to start printing.
- In the print dialog box, select the "KNAON Y41BT" printer.
Troubleshooting:

Printer Not Detected: Make sure your printer is turned on and connected to your computer.

Incorrect Label Size: Verify that the label size in the printer settings matches the size selected in Stamps.com (e.g., 4x6).
Hot tip:
If you're using an iPhone with Stamps, go to "Save Label" and scroll down—you’ll see the "Print with FlashLabel Pro" option (see screenshot). You can print directly from here, no need to save PDFs or images first.
