How to Configure 4x6 Shipping Labels in Shippo
To ensure your shipping labels print correctly in 4x6 format on a thermal label printer, follow these steps in Shippo:
1. Log in to Shippo
Go to Shippo’s website and sign in to your account.
2. Navigate to Label Settings

Click on "Settings" in the top menu.

Select "Labels & packing slips" from the dropdown.
3. Adjust the Default Label Format

Under "Print perferences," click the dropdown menu.

Choose "4x6 in PDF" (this is the standard thermal label size).

Click "Save" to apply the changes.

4. Print Your Label

If you're using an iPhone, go to "Save Label" and scroll down—you’ll see the "Print with FlashLabel Pro" option (see screenshot). You can print directly from here, no need to save PDFs or images first.

Enter the preview interface.

Select the KNAON Y41BT printer.

Choose paper size: 4×6inch.

Click Print.

For Windows

Enter the preview interface.

Select the KNAON Y41BT printer.

Choose paper size: 100×150mm.

Click Print.

Important Notes:

This setting only applies to new labels created after the change.

For best results, use thermal label paper (4x6 inches) .
